Proutist Universal has a global organizational structure. The world is divided into nine Sectors. Each sector has four Areas and within each area are Provinces. Within the provinces, local jurisdictions or Units exist. The internal structure of the organization has two sides, the structural side and the organizational side. The structural side is comprised of dedicated whole-time volunteers, men and women who teach mediation and Yoga, provide inspiration, develop service programs, lecture, conduct other projects, and maintain the global network. The organizational side is comprised mostly of family folks and single people who initiate activities and develop projects at the local or Unit level. Proutist Universal works to propagate and implement the socio-economic ideas of PROUT.

Women Proutists/Girls Proutists (WP/GP) Offices
Girls Proutists was created as a youth service organization similar to the popular Girl Scouts, to address the problems unique to the advancement of girls and young women. Women Proutists was initiated by Proutist women focused to serve and uplift all women particularly the under-priviledged and exploited, and to mentor youth through Girls Proutists.
